Welcome to Excelsior Case Management & Advocacy. As the founder and owner-operator, I bring over 16 years of experience along with specialized certification in brain injury support. My work is grounded in a client-centered approach, focused on delivering clear, compassionate guidance through complex systems and situations.

I approach every client relationship with professionalism, integrity, and genuine dedication. Whether coordinating care, advocating for services, or simply listening, my goal is always to create meaningful, positive outcomes for those I serve. This work is deeply meaningful to me because I have seen firsthand how the right guidance and advocacy can change the trajectory of a person’s life.
